Former Leeds United loanee, Ben White, has agreed to a new 4-year deal at Brighton which will see him stay at the club until June 2024.
Brighton have received major interest in the 22-year-old, with former club Leeds being very vocal about wanting to sign him. But there were other clubs interested in him such as Liverpool, Chelsea, Spurs, and Arsenal.
Manager Graham Potter said “I have been looking forward to working with Ben for a long time. He was a player I was well aware of, even before I came to the club. He had a brilliant season helping Leeds to the title last season, and now he has the opportunity to show his qualities in the Premier League.”
White will be hoping for game time next season with The Seagulls, especially when there is still a chance he could make the England squad for the Euro 2021 squad.
