Oklahoma has suffered an early loss today at the hands of the Kansas State Wildcats. Kansas State was down by 14 points heading into the 4th quarter and Skylar Thompson and Deuce Vaughn helped lead them to 17 straight points while the defense kept the Sooners scoreless in the last quarter. The final score was 38-35.
A little side note, Oklahoma Freshmen QB Spencer Rattler had over 300 yards passing and 4 tds but threw 3 ints which plagued them in this game. If Oklahoma wants to recover from this bad loss they will need to cleanup the mistakes on the offensive side of the ball. Oklahoma plays Iowa State next week while Kansas State plays Texas Tech.
