WWE Producing their TV in Orlando’s Amway Center.
AEE has learned of some big news happening in the pro-wrestling/sports-entertainment world. WWE has officially announced “WWE Thunderdome” in a statement after reports that the company would be holding Summerslam this Sunday at the arena. WWE TV production will be going forward at the Amway Center.
WWE on their website made it known they will be taking up a residency in the Amway Center for the foreseeable future, and the building will be hosting shows Raw, Smackdown, and pay-per-views this experience will be branded WWE Thunderdome.

Kevin Dunn, WWE’s EVP of television production, had confirmed the news to Sports Illustrated.
“When people think of WWE, most think of the spectacle that we are, but it was impossible to put a spectacle in the Performance Center,” said Dunn. “ Moving to Amway, and unveiling the ThunderDome, thr opportunities are limitless.”
