2019 NFL Predictions- Volume 3
All Everything Entertainment brings you our 2019 NFL Predictions. We will have an 8 part series featuring predictions from our NFL writers and correspondents.
We will bring you our predictions for each division winner, who will win and get in the playoffs as a wild card and ultimately win the Super Bowl. We also predict the winners of every major NFL award this coming season.
Let’s get into the predictions, with Justin Patterson (Tennessee Titans).
AFC West: Chiefs– The 2018 MVP, Patrick Mahomes is back and better than ever.
AFC South: Titans– With Andrew Luck’s sudden retirement from the Colts, that drops this Colt team from any postseason conversation. I don’t trust the Jags offense. Titans are gonna shock the world.
AFC North: Steelers– Black and Yellow, Black and Yellow. You know the damn song. Losing AB and Bell will make this team better.
AFC East: Patriots– They have arguably the easiest schedule ever for a returning champ and play 6 games against the weakest division in the NFL.
AFC Wild Card Teams: Chargers & Jets – The Chargers are a top 3 team in the AFC but have a tough schedule. I personally love the Jets and their makeup this year. Watch out for the white and green this year.
NFC West: Seahawks– The Rams will not make the postseason this year. This is Seattle’s year, even with the early injuries. In Wilson I trust.
NFC South: Saints– Drew Brees and this Saints team are playing with a vengeance. All they are going to see is RED this year. No NFC South team has a chance!
NFC North: Packers- New Head Coach Matt Lefleur and QB Aaron Rogers are gonna show everyone how good they are together. The Packers defense will surprise the world with their dominance.
NFC East: Eagles- No Zeke, don’t trust DAK, and the Eagles are just filthy loaded in all three units. Eagles are flying high all season long.
NFC Wild Card Teams: Bears, Falcons – Chicago’s defense will lead the Bears to a postseason birth. Watch out for rookie RB David Montgomery. Atlanta will sneak in, and behind new and former OC Dirk Koetter, this Falcons offense will be as good as they were in 2016.
Comeback Player Of The Year: RB Le’veon Bell– The resurgence of Bell will make waves throughout the AFC East, and the NFL. I expect him to have 15 total TD and run for over 1200 yards.
Coach Of The Year: Andy Reid– The Chiefs are only going to lose one game this season.
Offensive Rookie Of The Year: WR DK Metcalf– He is going to solidify himself as the clear Number 1 WR for Seattle by the end of the 2019 season.
Defensive Rookie Of The Year: DE Josh Allen– Nothing better than being on a loaded defense, and basically focusing on one on one matchups. He has the tools, and the skills to become elite in this league.
Offensive Player of the year: QB Patrick Mahomes – Mahomes is gonna have just a little downfall of production from last year to this year. I still expect him to have an amazing year.
Defensive Player of the year: DT Aaron Donald – This man has 22 sacks last year as a defensive tackle. That is truly unheard of from that position. I expect Donald to win this award for the third straight year.
Regular Season MVP: QB Aaron Rodgers– Rodgers will remind the world once again to Calm down, and RELAX.
Super Bowl Match-Up: Patriots vs Seahawks– A rematch of 2014. You know that famous game where the Seahawks threw the ball at the 1 and it got picked. You know, the game they didn’t run Beastmode on second down. Tom Brady is going to win his 7th ring, with ease. 35-21 Pats.
Super Bowl MVP: QB Tom Brady– Throws for 400 yards, and 4 TD passes.
