A few days ago, I wrote an article titled “Laying The Smackdown: A Look Back Through 20 Years Of Smackdown”.
And it included many moments but one definitive photo and that was of Hollywood Mega Star, Future WWE Hall of Famer, multiple time World Champion, Multiple time Tag Team Champion, Dwayne Johnson aka The Rock.
The Great One…
The People’s Champion…
The Most Electrifying Man In Sports Entertainment…
The Jabroni-beating, pie-eating, trailblazing, eyebrow-raising, Hollywood juggernaut is returning to WWE.
What a moment this is for WWE.
Dwayne has been super busy, but he’s always said that he has time…to come home.
So The Rock comes back to a premiere episode that will include Brock Lesnar vs Kofi Kingston, Stone Cold Steve Austin possibly appearing, Shane McMahon vs Kevin Owens in a ladder match and Charlotte Flair teaming with Becky Lynch vs Sasha Banks and Bayley.
Now it’s fair to say that this is another one-off for The People’s Champion. The last time The Rock was in WWE for more than one week, he was WWE Champion in 2013-2014. And his last WWE appearance was at WrestleMania 32.
Not to mention Johnson officially declared his retirement from professional wrestling last month.
FINALLY…I come back home to my @WWE universe.
This FRIDAY NIGHT, I’ll return for our debut of SMACKDOWN!
LIVE on @FOXTV.
There’s no greater title than #thepeopleschamp.
And there’s no place like home.

Regardless, seeing The Rock is always a great thing for wrestling fans as he is one of the main reasons why many of us going into watching wrestling in the first place.
Friday night will be so wonderful, the premiere of Smackdown on FOX and the electricity will be off the charts.
Stay tuned to All Everything Entertainment for everything WWE.
