AEW All Out Is next Saturday and there has been a very big shocking development in one of its highlight matches. Former WWE superstar, current IWGP United States Champion in NJPW and AEW mega star Jon Moxley has backed up and confirmed that he is officially OUT of All Out.
He said he has contracted a case of MRSA. According to WebMD, Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) is a bacterium that causes infections in different parts of the body. It’s tougher to treat than most strains of staphylococcus aureus — or staph — because it’s resistant to some commonly used antibiotics. The symptoms of MRSA depend on where you’re infected.
Apparent the MRSA infection is in his elbow. This would ultimately put Moxley out for a while but hopefully, he will be back before AEW goes live on TNT October 2nd. Moxley has had injuries before in WWE involving his shoulder but not necessarily an infection like this.
What does this mean for Moxley’s IWGP U.S. Championship reign? Does he drop the belt or keep it until the infection has subsided? We at AEE will keep you apprised of that situation.
When it comes to All Out though, the question is what do you do with Kenny Omega?
Well apparently, AEW has the answer as Kenny Omega will face original Double or Nothing competitor and current Open The Dragon Gate Champion PAC at All Out.
This is still a damn good match and I think this will be an excellent match.
Regardless All Out will be a great show and while Moxley will be missed, his health is most important and we at All Everything Entertainment wishes him the best in his recovery.
