WWE Legend Returning for one Last Run?

The Big Red Machine Kane is Returning to WWE on Smackdown

This Friday night on Fox, The Big Red Machine Kane will be on Smackdown. To say this appearance is special is an understatement. This is big news as the Mayor of Knox of County is one of the greatest competitors in Royal Rumble history. Kane has the record for eliminations in Royal Rumble history with 44.

Much like Big Show on Raw, it would be nice to see Kane return for one last run before he gets his call to the Hall of Fame. I’d like to see ane chokeslam and eliminate Baron Corbin in the Rumble match.

In a recent interview with Sporting News, Kane said, “When people ask me if I’m looking forward to getting back in the ring, I’m like, ‘eh, I don’t know what I’d be doing, but I’m sure at some point I’ll do something.’”

While it’s not confirmed that Kane will have a match, it does seem like a real possibility. We are on the road to Wrestlemania and WWE always likes to bring back nostalgia acts for the big show. The last time we saw Kane in a WWE ring the Fiend showed up and disposed of him. Maybe Kane is back for revenge or to help his former tag team partner, Daniel Bryan in his fight against the Fiend.

Smackdown will be live from the Greensboro Coliseum in Greensboro, North Carolina. Hellfire and Brimstone are coming.
